Minerals and Clean Energy Summit to Bring Global Leaders Together in September

The International Energy Agency (IEA) will host the first international summit on critical minerals and their role in clean energy transitions in Paris. The IEA Critical Minerals and Clean Energy Summit will focus not only on measures to promote the safe, sustainable and responsible supply of critical raw materials for the clean energy transition, but also on important aspects of sustainability such as the responsible production of these minerals, including environmental and labor issues, in addition to diversifying supply sources and innovating technologies for recycling and reusing these materials.
